By participating in a clinical study, you’ll receive detailed and ongoing medical evaluations and regular monitoring throughout the entire process.

Co-located within the Randwick Health Precinct, we’re supported 24/7 by the world renowned Prince of Wales team, and our team have admission rights to the Prince of Wales, ensuring your safety at all times.

Enhance your own medical awareness – clinical trials are comprehensive. Our health assessments often provide valuable insights into your own health, and we have uncovered important information about the health of our participants that they might not otherwise have known about.

Be reimbursed for your time – Clinical trials are free for participants, but attract reimbursement for the time and effort involved, the amount reimbursed will depend on the intensity (the number of clinic visits and their duration). Depending on the individual requirements for each study, you could be reimbursed anywhere between $2,000 to $15,000 for longer studies.

What does participating in a trial look like?

It all starts with a registration.

The first step to becoming part of a clinical trial is to register your interest, either through our online registration form or calling our in-house Recruitment Team on 1800 727 874.

Once we have your information, or if you call our team direct, you’ll be added into our secure database
You’ll receive an email from us which provides critical information about the trial, such as start/end dates, material which outlines the medicine itself, amongst other things, for you to review.
Once you’ve reviewed all the information, and if you’re interested in participating, you’ll then formally apply for that trial, and we’ll give you a call to discuss the study
If everything aligns, you’ll then come into our facility and meet our doctors one-on-one. We’ll review your medical information, the study itself and explain what the study will involve.
Assuming everything goes well and you’re eligible, you’ll then come in for day 1 of your stay with us!
Our medical team will provide you with constant overnight during the active phase. During this process, participants can withdraw from a study at any time and this will not have negative consequences on the quality of the medical treatment you receive, or your relationship with your own personal physician.
Once you’re discharged and when the study is complete, we’ll follow-up to ensure your safety.
